Mekaster electrical / pneumatic torque wrenches are ideal for powerful tightening and loosening at all angles with operating torque range from 100 to 13,000 Nm (75 to 9,500 Lbs.ft) which is continuously adjustable. These torque wrenches ensure that all M12 (1/2”) to M110 (4-1/4”) bolted connections are made speedily, accurately and economically. These torque wrenches provide maximum torque with minimum size & weight with a torque accuracy of within 5% with repeatability within 1%.

Patented electronic torque and control system provides fault free and accident free work with exact torque values. The electronic torque unit is protected by a robust motor housing and designed for constant operation in rugged conditions. Pneumatic torque control together is driven quietly and without percussion by a powerful pneumatic motor, which is fully operational from only 2 bars, up to 9 bars.

Additional features include angled model adjustable in all directions & reserve torque for opening. Special models are also available for heavy-duty structural work. These torque wrenches are optimized for the torque range with each individually calibrated and issued with a test certificate that documents the accuracy & are supplied with a steel reaction support in a steel box. Slim designs torque multipliers fitted with anti wind-up ratchet are also available to compliment above range.
